International Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated International Project Manager to oversee and manage our global projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading international teams, managing cross-border projects, and delivering results on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-faceted projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management:
- Monitor and control project progress to ensure goals are achieved within time and budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed customer expectations and requirements.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary and multicultural project teams.
- Foster effective internal and external communication and collaboration between the customer and internal teams.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout all project phases.
- Present project results and progress, especially at external meetings.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and architects unfamiliar with our systems.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Estimate costs and efforts required for project implementation.
- Efficiently use and manage assigned resources to ensure optimal project performance.
- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with high project requirements and standards.
- Plan shipping crates and create packing lists.
your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in project management, with some experience in an international context.
- Fluent English; German would be desirable additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and stress resistance.
